Patagonia Travel Base Service Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

1.1. The client has the right to cancel their reservation at any time before the start date of the trip.

1.2. For cancellations made at least 30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

1.3. For cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date of the trip, no refunds will be made.

1.4. In case of cancellation, the possibility of using the amount paid as a credit for future trips may be offered, subject to availability and conditions.

Changes to Reservations:

2.1. The client has the right to request changes to their reservation, such as travel dates or itineraries, as long as there is availability.

2.2. Changes are subject to administrative charges and any price difference between the original reservation and the new reservation.

2.3. It is not guaranteed that all requested changes can be made and they are subject to the policies of the travel service providers.

Refunds:

3.1. If due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of Base Patagonia Travel (such as natural disasters, political conflicts or flight cancellations), the agency is forced to cancel the trip, a full refund of the amount paid will be offered.

3.2. Refunds will be made in the same payment method used at the time of booking, within a reasonable time frame.
